At Buy Luxury Watches, we stand behind the authenticity and quality of every timepiece. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch in its original manufacturer packaging, including all certificates, warranty cards, and manuals, inside a sturdy shipping box.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided high-value shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location to ensure fully insured transit.

  Inspection and Refund

  Our master horologists will inspect the timepiece for original condition, after which your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
